Theodore, our Senior Manager at Valuation & Advisory, has over 20 years of experience in real estate. He is a member of RICS and a certified appraiser of the Ministry of Finance. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from RIT. He also holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from NTUA and an IFRS Diploma from ACCA. Has 16 years of experience at J&P AVAX with properties under management over €100 mill. Theodore has a thorough knowledge of Greek market and is currently managing key client accounts including the regular valuation of a REIT. With a commitment to providing robust and well-considered valuations and reports, Theodore consistently demonstrated exceptional proficiency in his role.
