Nicky, Founder & Managing Director, has been with Cushman & Wakefield(C&W) or its Alliance partner company since 1991 and headed Cushman & Wakefield Hellas since its start of operation in 2004. In 2005 she has been awarded the position of Partner in C&W while in January 2011 she founded Proprius the result of reorganization of C&W’s Greek operation. Over the past 30 years Nicky has concluded several of the most high profile investment sales and lease transactions in the Greek commercial market and provided high-level strategic advice to owners and investors. Over her long career has developed strong and loyal client relationships with a broad spectrum of firms, overseeing real estate strategies for many projects. Nicky is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry conferences in both Greece and abroad and a member of recognized international institutions – Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), ULI, ICSC.
