Ioanna Palivou, Cushman & Wakefield’s Managing Partner has 25 years of unsurpassed experience in the real estate industry including development, investment, brokerage and consulting. Ioanna has developed and utilised a wide variety of skills and experience in delivering reliable advice for a wide range of property and project types. She previously served as a Development Director for one of the largest Commercial development firms with assets of more than €390 million, where she gained development consultancy and asset management experience implementing the company’s expansion plans and management of their assets. Prior to that Ioanna served as General Manager for Sotiropoulos Bros (commercial consultants Associate of Cushman & Wakefield in Greece), working on sales, leasing, development and management of office, industrial and retail space and supervising respective teams. Among Ioanna’s most valuable assets is her relationship with major market players being the point of contact for many of the region’s most influential property investors and landlords. With an extensive background in all property types, Ioanna always manages to successfully address and solve her clients’ varied requirements and assignments.
