George, Partner, Head of Valuation & Advisory services, and Partner in C&W Proprius has 20+ years of experience in valuation and real estate consulting services. Prior joining C&W Proprius, he served as head of V&A in Savills. He is a Surveying Engineer of AUTh, holds an MSc in Property, while he is a Certified Appraiser of the Ministry of Finance and a member of RICS. He has participated in the valuation of some of the largest portfolios and individual properties in the country. George has strong financial modelling experience having developed complex models for the valuation of a wide range of real assets from marinas and student accommodation, large complex master plan developments of mixed uses (office, retail and residential), shopping malls, office, retail, industrial, leisure, Healthcare, hospitality, educational plus specialist assets.
